wow. i’ve seen two other blogs regarding this protest but you have the most perfect snap shots. hrmm. i wasn’t really affected by the whole RM0.30 increase. because i don’t drive. the banners are well-said. the Gov should take this stuff seriously.

I wished I was there… a friend of mine who worked in KLCC went down and joint the action! Unexpected. He does not look like the person who would do that. I am glad that the perception of peaceful gathering is changing.
Keep up all the good work folks!

Whatever said and done this is a step forward for Malaysia.
Ten years ago no one would imagine a Malaysia where demonstrations of any kind, notably against the government, would be tolerated right in the city centre itself.
The price of petrol will probably remain the same in spite of this. However whilst our cars are moving slower, our people are perhaps accelerating forward at greater speed than ever before.

well said and well expressed!
government set the car prices, BLR rates and oil prices. now they asked us to change our lifestyle… very contrast with what they said.
completely “tahi lembu”!

I strongly agree that the raise of the fuel price is just another trick that our government play that to ‘ambik sini cover sana’. The government has no enough budget to implement the latest ‘dasar/pelan negara’ (whatever!!) after all the ‘masuk pocket’ that they do. They’re now digging from the people’s little tiny mini pocket. ‘Boo sama dia!!!’

Gemilang,cemerlang,temberang good, better, best.
Dont worry it is for the good of public tranportation improvement any date line?
Another 10 years I don’t think the public transportation will improve.
The most they did will be a bas company belong to their cronies,
And the bus will come as second hand from Singapore, like the last bus company which I forget the name, which survive after 3 or 4 years only.
One of the bank will became victim for the loan to purchase the bus. This is what we call PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION improvement.GEMILANG,CEMERLANG,ANAK LANG.
